The Truth You Live As we become more confident on our spiritual journey we open ourselves to the truth of who we are-divine spiritual beings having a human experience. With our awareness of the spiritual Truth comes a realization of all of the other kinds of truths that we have believed as true, truths which exist on a material level and reflect the lack of love, acceptance, tolerance, faith and trust that we have learned from others and from our life experiences. This is a powerful position because it allows us to question what truth we are living through and how this is reflected in our reality.   Until we are ready to accept our spiritual Truth we live through our assumptions of what life should be like, based on what others have told us. This is the material truth that we have been taught and we know it is true because everyone around us believes it and lives their life that way. With the shifting energies new pathways to understanding are opening for all of us and we are beginning to see glimpses of other possibilities, other truths for ourselves. Then we have to ask the question, which truth are we going to live?   But our spiritual Truth is a new and unknown path. None of the familiar markers are there and no one on our material path can offer guidance. It can be scary until we realize that the known path, the material truth, is the path of karma and destiny. It is what we have always done and represents what we have always chosen. The spiritual Truth is a new path into a higher dimension, one where karma does not exist. Are we brave enough to choose it or if not, to allow it to choose us?   When our soul is ready for us to accept our spiritual Truth it helps us along the way. Different aspects of our material truth can end and we find ourselves alone, unsupported, wondering what happened to our world. It is not a punishment, it is an opening into living a greater truth, one that will allow us to create the reality that goes beyond what we can see when we live in material truth. Join us as we talk about the latest newsletter, the September relief in the shifting energies and I will give free short readings to callers, call in at 718-664-6504. Click here for show details and to download or listen to previous shows.  Conscious or Not?  As the energy shifts intensify we are able to see the difference between those who are on their spiritual path and those who appear to be totally unconcerned with anything spiritual. We define people who do not appear to be on any sort of spiritual path as non-spiritual but that is not true. Everyone is spiritual because we all come from the same source. So we can't call anyone 'non-spiritual' even if their actions can make us think that they have not tie to their spiritual nature. That may be true but it may also be their lesson in this lifetime, to experience complete disconnection from Source.   And it appears to be a lesson that many people have come here to learn and are in the throes of at this time. So the gap between those that are aware and those who are not seems to be widening every day. We can see examples of it everywhere and the wider the gap becomes the more uncomfortable we, those who are on the path of reconnection and Light, become. We will see more of this for the next few years and it may be difficult for us to maintain the social and relationship connections we have had in the past.   This is part of the Shift and as these energies change there will be more pressure on everyone. I have noticed, in my interactions with clients, that there are many problems with relationships at this time, as many people are abandoning their soul contracts and leaving relationships. While the person left behind, usually the more spiritually aware one, is devastated, so is the other person even though that may be occurring on a soul level and not obvious on the outside.   On a soul level they know what they must do but their fear prevents them from following that path. This is very karmic for them and part of their karmic cycle. They came into this lifetime to complete a contract, were provided with someone who could help them do that and they were unable to finish it. They are not non-spiritual, unconscious is a better word, and they will have other opportunities to find their way back to Source. They may suffer, but they had an opportunity that they were not ready to take. All we can do when this happens is move on and know that the right person or situation will be there for us. Keeping our faith intact is our best support at this time. The Shift is affecting everyone in different ways, according to what they have come to learn and we will all be aware of how perfectly things happened once it is all over.    Is Spiritual Coaching right for you?  Uriel's Message -- The End of the Beginning Many of you have chosen difficult journeys for this lifetime, lessons that would take you back to the beginning, the point where your soul first experienced separation. Many of you brought this experience to humanity and allowed the separation to be experienced by all so that it could eventually be healed by all. Now you have come back to the beginning for this is also the end of your journey, a time when you can complete your mission, heal, release and transform this energy for the planet.   Just as you brought the energy to the earth you are now closing these cycles of separation, pain, resistance and suffering. If you are experiencing deep feelings of pain and suffering, isolation and separation at this time, it is because you hold this energy in your energy body in connection with the earth. Each time you return you bring this energy with you for healing. When you can heal it in your lifetime you make it possible for that paradigm to be removed from the planet's experience.   All of the planet is involved in the ascension process at this time, including the earth herself. There is much suffering as this energy is released but this cycle is different because so many have already raised their energetic vibrations that there are not as many who will hold these ancient patterns and darkness. This is why it feels concentrated and even stronger. In reality it is not, there are just not as many people who are willing to hold the patterns of fear as before and those who will are carrying a greater portion of the fear in their energy fields.   You are at the end of this cycle and are free to move into higher dimensions of being now that you have released yourselves from the responsibility of bringing these experiences to the earth. These are the end times, when fear is transmuted to the Light. There is much pain and darkness but there is even more unconditional love and light for those who will accept it. Accept your reward for the work you have done, it is available to you. Let this next part of the Shift open your awareness to the unlimited abundance of the Universe which is your reward, and that of everyone who is willing to heal, release, transmute the darkness and accept their divine heritage of Light.  Read more about Archangel Uriel Today's Children--'Helpless and Hopeless' Indigos I hear from many Indigo young adults, some of whom are feeling quite stuck in their lives and others who are unsure of what to do next. And they appear to be in various stages of helplessness and feeling hopeless, although that is not part of their energy at all. Indigos can be strong, confident and daring to an extreme, when they are not feeling angry and helpless. What I am seeing is a splitting among the types of Indigos who write to me, those who want guidance and those who want validation for their feelings and stubbornly hold their ground.   The Indigos who want help are looking for answers so they can understand what they are feeling and help others. Many are struggling in dysfunctional families and feel a sense of responsibility to lift themselves and their loved ones out of the cycle of pain that they live with. The people they could get guidance from have none to give them and they take on the responsibility of healing everyone. Because of their empathic nature they assume all of the dynamics involved and try to process all of the emotions. When they don't see the results of their efforts they feel helpless and can go into depression.   And there are other Indigos who are also in dysfunctional situations and who use their anger as a means of forcing change. They become resentful when they can't move forward and look to others to smooth the path for them. This is a difficult and frustrating path for them because they are dealing with people who are also angry and the cycle of anger is repeated. Some of these Indigos will take drastic steps, such as suicide, to make their point and show others how upset they are. Sadly, this final act of defiance only results in more pain.   Although I counsel parents and Indigos to work on communication and effectively deal with their feelings and the issues they face, getting through to an Indigo who is in 'helpless and hopeless' mode is difficult. As long as they are talking, though, they are also listening to some degree. Their stubbornness really works against them and overcoming it is one of their lessons, as is learning compassion and accepting people as they are. I believe that because they write to me, they are looking for answers and I try to be helpful and provide the guidance I am given for them. These are difficult lessons for them but they can get through to the other side and when they do, they will look back on these times and be grateful for whatever understanding and compassion they received from others.  early adult years, and we can help them by understanding their needs for time, attention and communication and creating a place where they feel safe, secure and loved.  Today's Children In This Issue The Truth you Live Conscious or Not?
